Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pressure washer for my needs. We bought our pressure washer a couple of years ago and I have used it from stripping paint off a fence to rinsing off the house. Despite following the directions and problem solving according to the manual, I can never get the soap to feed through.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh. I bought mine in June 2020. It was really great at first. Now, a little over a year later, and it loses pressure after 15-20 minutes. It has to have a few minutes rest then it’s ok again. The on off switch broke today. It just came apart. A shame since I only used it maybe a dozen times. Now to find a switch.

I purchased this washer about 2 months ago and have only used it twice. Now when I go to plug it in and use it there is no power to the power washer. The indicator lights do not even light up.  What can I do to resolve the problem

I have the 1800 psi pressure washer, purchased for me as a housewarming gift in June. I tried using it today for the first time and am so disappointed.  There is literally no pressure!  A garden hose/nozzle is better! Help please.

Asked by: nancyinak
Hello nancyinak, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. This issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump, clogged nozzles, or no nozzle being installed. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues. 1) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 2) Ensure a nozzle is connected. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please send an email to info@greenworkstools.com and use the subject line "Help Request - Reviewer Response" or call 1-888-909-6757.

I have the 1800 and it won’t power on, I’ve only used it about 5 times in the last year. I’ve checked the outlets and they are good, I’ve pressed the reset and test buttons on the plug and still no power. Any ideas?

Asked by: Ktpmcfadden
Hello there, We are terribly sorry to hear about this! Firstly, please purge the line. In many cases, there is air trapped in the unit from a previous use preventing it from power on. If you are still experiencing issues afterward, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 or send an email to info@greenworkstools.com for further assistance.

My pressure washer leaks like crazy where the garden hose attached to it. The garden hose itself appears to be secure, but the leak/spray is coming from under the green ring around where the garden hose screws in. Just bought it last fall... help?

Asked by: Michelle773
Thank you for your reply but I have tried both of these things. I sent an email 3 weeks ago with no reply and called customer service, on hold 45 minutes and always indicating I was still “number 4” in line so I have up. Perhaps someone could contact me instead?

What do I use the dispenser and put in soap to use on cleaning

Asked by: Rofiz
Hello Rofiz, You can only apply soap using the designated black soap nozzle. Once you switch to any other nozzle, soap will not come through. When you switch to a rinsing nozzle, you may see soap suds for ~10 seconds but they will quickly disappear. Use only detergents designed for pressure washers; household detergents, acids, alkalines, bleaches, solvents, flammable material, or industrial grade solution can damage the pump. Many detergents may require mixing prior to use. Prepare cleaning solution as instructed on the solution bottle.
