Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an excellent pressure washer for the money I bought this pressure washer two years ago and it is still running perfectly. Many people have complained of the motor cutting in and out....THIS MEANS YOU HAVE AIR TRAPPED IN THE HOSE! Simply disconnect the hose and run water through it to clear out the air pocket I also suggest changing to a different tip if it happens. The water pressure at my house is low so we have to use the wide pattern white tip...the green top causes the motor to cycle off. No big deal! For the money you cant do better than this unit. We pressure wash our house, cars, and pull deck...no problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved it at first.... I bought this pressure washer last year and it worked great! I actually loved to do the 'cleaning' ! This year got it out and worked first day out. Then next time I went to use it - 2 days later - the soap would NOT flow through the tubing. I could see that the soap was in the first 3-4 inches but would not move! I massaged the tube and got it to the other end but still it would not soap my area to wash! I am using the correct soap for this machine and have always used the proper soap. I am using the black tip and still NO soap when it is in the tube and the tank.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pump problems I bought the machine almost a year ago and was used a couple of times. First some reason it does not have any pressure so I removed the pump to find a gear behind the bearing in 3 pieces. Can I order a new part to fix my problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last I've had this pressure washer for 2 years, and used it 5 times. I was more than satisfied with its performance. However, when I went to use it for the sixth time it appears the power cord has shorted out. I talked with product support and after giving me some troubleshooting tips, none of which solved the problem, I was told to take it to a repair shop. Even though the product is past its one-year warranty, I expected better than this. If it's only going to last for 5 sessions, then it should say on the box "only lasts for 5 uses". Very dissapointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from cleaning basement floor Used it twice last year on my patio worked about as well as a strong waterhose.. Tried using this week to clean my basement floor plugged it in, turned water on turned power on and got NOTHING. Tried several times same result. Another example of you get what you pay for. After reading the reviews Greenworks should replace each one of the complaints with an upgraded model. Its not the air in the waterline.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t stay on for very long. The unit has been used only 2-3 times. It has never run for more than a few minutes before shutting off.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad I've had this for 1 year. It's always leaked where the wand attaches to handle. It functions, but I think I'm loosing a lot of pressure because of this leak (more water comes from that joint as out the nozzle).

My pressure washer lost pressure. It came with thr black nozzle How do I get the water to pressurize again with the soap

Asked by: Woodya
Hello Woodya, Please make sure to clean out the soap nozzle prior to use. Even a small amount of debris can affect the performance of this unit. Take a small pin and clear out the hole in the nozzle. Make sure the right detergent is being used and diluted according to the detergent bottle. Check to make sure the line is clear. If soap has been left in the tank for a period, make sure to clean it out. If there's residue try adding a cup or so of hot water in the soap tank to loosen it and then run the unit with an attached clean soap nozzle. Prior to each use make sure you purge the unit. Try following these steps: The unit should be off. Connect the garden hose to the pressure washer. Connect the high-pressure hose and the spray gun/wand. No nozzle. Turn the water on. Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit for a good 1 - 2 minutes. This will relieve any built-up pressure. While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure washer to on. If you have tried these suggestions and are still experiencing an issue, please kindly contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com for further assistance.

There’s this small piece that came in the box. Not sure where it came from because my baby was playing with it. But it’s smallish, round, black around the edges and a silver filter  round come shaped in the middle

Asked by: Bffff
Hello Bffff, This piece is from the water inlet connector where the garden hose would attach. Simply put it back on and the cone side would go in first. We hope this information has helped.

Soap will not dispense when I'm pressure washing

Asked by: RLS1
Hello RLS1, The soap tank will only release if you use the black soap nozzle. If you add any other nozzle or a high-pressure soap applicator the soap tank will not be activated.

Mine won’t turn on anymore...not even a year old. The light on the plug comes on but the switch doesn’t turn on. any thoughts?

Asked by: Jcast
Hello Jcast, If the unit has not been purged prior or it was turned off while in resting mode it may still be in resting mode. Purge the unit prior to use: The unit should be off. Connect the garden hose to the pressure washer. Connect the high pressure hose and the spray gun/wand. No nozzle. Turn the water on. Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit for a good 1 - 2 minutes. This will relieve any built-up pressure. While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure washer to on.
