Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I expected I have only used it once so far. But it was easy to put together and I did check for loose screws and bolts and found none. Started like a champ and away we went. I am having trouble remembering to engage the start button first (have never had this feature on a mower before) but I will get use to it. Very mobile and did what I wanted. So far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked perfectly and exceeded expectation! Worked perfectly and exceeded expectation! I've never used a corded mower before so I want sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised and won over by this mower. Easy to assemble, not loud, handled well, and did the job on the lawn (which was wet and well over grown) when we first used it. I cant wait to see how well it handles a regularly maintained lawn. The cord was no issue, which I was worried about. Everything about this mower has been perfect so far. The 20" model is large enough without being too big and now I look forward to getting out there and mowing my lawn again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mower This mower is a great mower , just what I needed, I have small yard and just to old to be struggling with a gas mower anymore , this cuts nice , light weight , first now I raised deck highest it would go because grass was high , did great , went back over it with lowered deck , like the grass clipper bag , everything about this mower is easy , it’s perfect fit me , my yard is small and a 75 ft cord was more then plenty , I really like my mower

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good machine with one small problem I'm very happy with the overall performance, but that machine came with a malfunction on the start button. I had a hard time to start the machine. I used it 3 times and the start button sometimes stops working. I tried to contact GreenWorks quite a few times but with no success. I understand this is not the best time due to Covid19, but I hope to be contacted pretty soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Mower 2nd Time Loose Knobs Knobs lost from handle. I like using hydropower even if a cord is needed. Cuts fine, but the handle needs to stay attached.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for sloped terrain lawns, otherwise works fine The mower cuts fine, but the handle bar attachment point really design sucks. There is only one bolt of each side that is not tight when secured. The bar always slips out of when I’m trying to push it against slope. Reality is that it needs an additional two bolts to make it secure.

What size Gage electric cord is needed?

Asked by: Dejla
Hello, The extension cord that you require will depend on the length of the cord. For up to 50' you may use a 16AWG cord, 50'-100' 14 AWG, and finally, if the cord is 100'-150' it should be a 12AWG cord.

I took my blade off to sharpen it and the insulator washer has become so worn down that it won't hold the blade in place. Is it possible to get replacement parts? I need the blade nut, square washer and insulator washer for this machine.
