Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product The GFI shorted out after a year of use and instead of giving me a new GFI, they give me a new machine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great, great customer service if any issues I bought this last year and used to power-wash my home and deck. This year I had an issue with the motor not triggering on and the folks in service (shout out to Tatiana!) were beyond amazing and got me up and running in no time! They stand behind their products and I would highly recommend selecting Greenworks not only for a pressure washer, but other products as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from certainly a great purchase I previously owned a gas powered pressure washer. "Lost" at a relatives house, saw a promo on a TV segment and purchased. Easy to assemble, even easier to use. I used to dread taking the heavy gas powered machine around, this is a light, powerful and as advertised workhorse. In process of downsizing and know this machine will do the job in our new home as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from High pressure hose sprung a leak on day one! Bought this from Lowe’s. The first time I used it the high pressure hose sprung a leak! Poor quality parts. Tried calling the support number and gave up after being on hold for 3 hours! Twice! Unbelievably poor customer experience. Don’t know how to get a replacement part with a broken customer support line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well. This pressure washer works extremely well. I use it for any and all items that need cleaning: my cars, tractor, decks, atv, etc. Stores neatly when done as well, taking up little room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I’ve only used this twice so far but it works great and well worth the cost! Very powerful. The only issue is that the soap doesn’t seem to dispense very well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well! Easy enough to put together and does the job! I’ve had it for only a few weeks but I hope it lasts a long time!

the 2000 psi electric pressure washer GPW2006 says use pressure washer detergent only.  I have Scott outdoor cleaner plus oxiclean that says can be used with pressure washers but they also say check your manual specific for chemical use.  Can I use it?

Asked by: lasmit
Hello lasmit, We do advise that only pressure washer detergent be used in your pressure washers. Avoid detergents that contain corrosive or caustic ingredients; ingredients that contain bleaches, ammonia or caustic/corrosive chemicals may damage the unit over time.

I have this power washer and love it But now when I go to start it - it immediately shuts off- and won't start again for hours later and then does the same thing- also the blue light is still lite on the in button- reset button is still green-

Asked by: Debann
Hello Debann, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. I will provide some troubleshooting below to try out and if you find that these suggestions do not yield results, please contact GreenWorks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: Over time with use, the pressure washer nozzles may collect dust, dirt and calcium build-up which as a result cause the pressure washer to malfunction while in use. To solve this problem, you can soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with hot water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air From The Line / Bleeding Out The Unit: For all of our pressure washers, when the customers unit will not turn on, it starts pulsating or turning off during use most of the time it is due to air that is stuck in the pump from the customer's previous use. This can be fixed by assembling the unit as per usual, no extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, reinstall your nozzle and continue squeezing the trigger then turn on the unit with your opposite hand. At this point, any trapped air should be eliminated – thus allowing the unit to run freely. *Please try all nozzles and note any differences in performance. Hope these troubleshooting suggesting help resolve the issue you are experiencing with the Pressure Washer.

Do you have a longer hose or an extension hose for the 2000 PSI?

Asked by: Tuck8144
Hello Tuck8144, Currently, we do not manufacture a longer extension wand. You can use a wand that will connect to our existing wand which is a 1/4" quick connect. While, we do not have any brand recommendation for the wand. You can also use a second story nozzles for better reach. There are two tips sold at Lowe's which are pink and blue in color. These tips are meant for second story use.
