Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality I bought this in the beginning of April and I was only able to use it once to clean three cars and part of my driveway. In the middle of cleaning my driveway it stopped working. After inspecting the pressure washer I noticed that two of the bolts on the bottom housing were backing out and another bolt had sheared off creating a leak from the housing. After multiple calls to the customer service with only being left on hold and an email which never got a response to, I have to say that it is some of the worst customer service. I was pleased with using the green works lawnmower and weed eater, but after this incident with the pressure washer I will be very skeptical of buying the leaf blower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power for the concrete, gentle for the car. Great product couldn't be happier. Has enough power to remove stains from concrete and plenty of water flow to operate a foam cannon to wash your car. It is truely a treat to only have this running when you squeeze the handle instead of a gas engine blaring constantly in the back ground. Even when this does run it is much quieter than you would expect for the power this puts out. Super convenient quick change connectors, nice flexible hose with handy storage cart this will not disapoint. I have to be honest i was skeptical to go from gas to electric but this thing can do everything the gas one will do but with less noise and smell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful electric machine that does a great job I've had mine a year, use it for a paver driveway, walk, painted Lanai. Works great. Lot of power for an electric unit. Very happy with it so far. Looks great too! Improvements: * Hose is light colored with a woven cover (nylon?). Prefer standard black rubber which would likely hold up better although I've had no problems thus far. * Holder for the wand could be more secure. Wand always falling out. These are minor issues. This is not an inexpensive unit and the cost bumps up against some lower tier gas models but I wanted the convenience of electric (no gas, gas storage issues, oil changes, noise etc.). Recommend for a home owner who keeps up with their cleaning needs. My ratings are compared to other electric PWs, not compared to gas PWs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I have had this product only one day but my first impressions are solid. It appears to be well built and it went together easily. All you need is a large Phillips screwdriver. I wasn't sure if 2300 psi would be enough to do my driveway in a reasonable amount of time but it definitely was. As you can see in the photo where I left a patch the driveway was really dirty. I used the turbo nozzle and it was very effective. As you may have read in other reviews there is a lag between when you pull the trigger and when it reaches full pressure. It takes 2 or 3 seconds but for the driveway job I wasn't stopping and starting very often so it didn't bother me at all. Obviously I haven't used it much but based on my first impressions I can recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more gas! This is a a great unit for the homeowner. I've had my gas pressure washer in for expensive service twice in the past two years. I've always used ethanol-free gas and fuel stabilizer...no more! Picked this one up yesterday and restored 50 feet of fence in no time. It does a great job and works as well as my comparable gas pressure washer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems on 2nd use 1st time using the soap function, the tube from soap tank to the washer leaked so bad , I could not use this feature. The soap mix leaks out because there is no type clamp on either end of the tube to tighten the tube onto the connections. This seems a poor design or poor quality control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best we have used We bought this when our previous pressure washer quit working. It is great on any job we have used it on. We have done light cleaning of patio furniture, cleaned the wooden fence on our property line, and clean the old stained concrete sidewalk. We have also used it to wash down the house and used it to wash out under our truck when we went through a lot of rocks and mud. It works better than any other brand of power washer we have owned. This is the fourth brand we have had in 40 years and I can happily say it is the only brand we will buy in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dirt Buster I purchased this pressure washer on 5/1/2020 and haven't been able to stop using it...I love it! I am a full time social worker, mom of 2 small kids while hubby works out of town-so I wanted something that I can hook up and use by myself...I don't know how nor was I interested in having to deal with all the maintenance of a gas pressure washer. I can plug it up and go. Installing the hose is bothersome--it's difficult to thread the hose into the machine where it doesn't leak and I did have to have my husband come loosen it up for me when I was done--so I am not sure if that will be a problem in the future. I love this machine and my house looks amazing. I love it so much that I took it to my parents house and we are washing around their house. My only complaint is the blue hose kinks up at times and that is a hassle trying to straighten it out. Otherwise, I am very happy with the machine.

I have a Pro 2300 what is the proper hose for this unit - green, blue, black or tan? At the end of the electric cord should there be a gfci? thank you

Asked by: Lee M
Hello Lee M - This unit comes with a blue hose, however, this is essentially the same as the green hose. The hose for this unit can be purchased using the following link: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Greenworks-1-4-in-x-30-ft-Pressure-Washer-Hose/1000373995. There is a GFCI on the power cord.

I connected my hose to the front of machine, turned on hose, plugged into the wall and turn the machine on ON,, when I pull the trigger water squirts out lightly.. How does it work I purchase it today!!!

Asked by: Ldc1
Hello Ldc1, Thank you for your question. Make sure to turn the unit on without any nozzles attached to purge the unit prior to use. Give this a good 1-2 minutes alleviate any built up pressure. Then release the trigger. You will need to add the desired nozzle tip to the end of the wand to get the desired working pressure. test each nozzle (located on the top of the unit) to determine the best one for the task at hand. We hope this information has helped.

I want a longer pressure hose, what can I do to make this happen?

Asked by: Jeff79
Hello Jeff79, Thank you for your question. We typically advise against adding length to the hose of this unit. However, you can use a double male m22 fitting. This may be available at your local home hardware or garden supply store.

First Question: Do I need to empty out the detergent tank after every use? I wash my car about 1 per month, and live in a moderate climate always between 50-80 degrees F, and store the unit indoors. Thanks.

Asked by: JamesH
Hello JamesH, Yes, if you plan on storing your unit then we do advise that you drain the detergent tank after each use. Simply use the soap nozzle and empty the container. If residue is left behind you may want to fill it with warm/hot water and run it until it's empty then store it. We hope this information has helped.
