Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use and very strong I bought this in the off season but I use it for a variety of uses such as my truck, concrete and to clean my fences or doors outside. The pressure is fantastic and I’ve never had an issue. It cleans everything I have used it for like a champ. Assembly was very easy and use is even easier. I highly recommend this if you are wanting a pressure washer and not wanting the hassle of a gas engine!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As good or better than my 2400 PSI gas pressure washer Got tired of maintaining my gas pressure washer over the last several years. Decided to go with the Greenworks 2300 PSI model(my gas one was 2400 PSI). The Greenworks does everything the gas model did with no maintenance and much quieter. Highly recommended.

Why do you sell 2 2300 psi washers? what is the difference?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hello Dale, These units are very similar and essentially are the same in terms of performance and very close in size. Most of the differences are in cosmetic design. GPW2301 is the Generation 2 version of the GPW2300.

Will this have the full volume of water at 2.3gpm  while producing 2300PSI when is use ?

Asked by: frogggy
Hello Bearf, The GPW2300 has JettFlow™ technology. At low pressure, using the black soap nozzle, the flow is 2.3 GPM. At high pressure, using any of the other nozzles, the flow is 1.2 GPM. (Standard flow rate 1.2 GPM. When necessary brushless motor dials it up to 2.3GPM). The brushless motor adjusts to the flow rate of the pressurized water in response to the backpressure sensors from the nozzle being used. This allows the soap to reach a second-story window without the aid of an extension or a ladder.

Asked by: djCapital T
Hello djCapital T, We are sorry to hear about this. Please try out the following troubleshooting for this issue. Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. *try all nozzles* If you find that you are still experiencing issues, please contact us directly for assistance at 1-888-909-6757 or by sending an email to info@greenworkstools.com.

Why is there a 4-5 second delay from pulling the trigger until there is pressure? The reviews all point it out but there is no answer to why. Please explain.

Asked by: RFRISKY
Hello RFRISKY, This pressure washer is equipped with an auto-start/stop feature. Set the power switch to the On (I) position. The pump will pressurize and shut down immediately. Once the trigger of the gun is depressed, the unit will turn on. The unit will shut off and be in standby mode when the trigger is released. Due to this feature, there could be a slight delay when pulling the trigger.

Asked by: Mike18
Hello Mike18, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a X-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com.
