Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice machine but ! I bought this unit 7 years ago the unit works real nice! But the weakness is the pressure hose is prone to kinking. Not sure if it's the material the hose is made of or if it is because the hose is put on a small real or if it's a combination of both. I called to get a replacement hose and was told that they no longer carry one that would work. I tried to repair the hose but was unable to do so. I had to throw the machine in the trash just because of the hose. I ended up buying a Crafts man for about the same price as this machine and it has a nicer hose and is replaceable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Parts break with little use I have used this only a couple times for light spraying of cars and garage floor. The high pressure hose had a failure at the fitting crimp, looking at the suggested link in another review the part is no longer available. I would avoid this product if it fails so easily and does not have support available for poor manufacturing. I shouldn't have to discard the entire unit because of a small part being of poor quality but I guess I will have to. Since there are no replacement items or quality standards, I will definitely avoid this company from now on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Worked well over the years, broken now Bought well over seven years ago. Not the most durable peice of equipment. Replaced hose twice. Soap dispenser tanks are both brittle and cracked. Now the unit just suddenly stopped working. Replaced the push button power swtch and verified the GFI was working. Disappointment with result because for an older machine it worked well enough.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good unit horrible service Received as a gift and unit worked well. Power cord got cut somehow; perhaps by user or dragging on ground. Made several attempts to contact company to learn how to get a replacement but very difficult to get any assistance. Still trying to find a replacement cord. Can't use without it and not likely to buy another of this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the product. I liked this product so much I bought one for my parents and grandparent. Like "all" pressure washers, you have to take care of hose and avoid pulling on it to create kinks, but for the price point it cant be beat. Great power. My favoorite part is the reel for the hose. so much easier than traditional hose you have to loop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No issues! It has always worked and has done a great job! My nozzles had deteriorated to the point this year were they no longer function. Machine is fine. 4 stars only because the designs wasn’t the best. Pressure hose was always a pain in the rear. The wheels are definitely to small to move around with some ease.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fathers day gift I've used my pressure washer about 4 times a year to wash the driveway, stucco, and pool decking. It works great for around the home. The only problem is the hoses are prone to kink and once the do the jacket is weakened and the hose will fail soon after. I am on my 3rd hose.

How do I attach the spray tips to the wand?

Asked by: manchester
Hello manchester, These nozzle tips are 1/4" quick connect. Nozzle tips can be attached to the tip of the wand, to do this: 1. Pull back the quick-connect collar 2.Push the spray tip into place 3.Push the collar forward.

how do I get a replacement hose for this? The 25' accessory hose will not do it. The original has a hooked end and uses a C pin thing to hold it in.

Asked by: mikesunfox
Hello mikesunfox, We're sorry to advise the model you're referring to is no longer available. The unit has been discontinued for more than 5 years.

The start/stop buttons are not working on mine. I'm able to easily remove the case that holds them and can see that one of the starting pins looks worn. Do you sell a replacement start/stop part?

Asked by: Brian1995
Hello Brian1995, If available the part can be found through our authorized third party parts vendor here: https://greenworks.ordertree.com/ Please use the part number from your owner's manual.

Most telescoping wands are 2200 to 4000 psi. I need to buy a 18 foot telescoping wand to reach the second story of my home. Will it work with my greenworks power washer model 5100902 which is 1950 psi? Or does greenworks sell a18 ft or larger wand?

Asked by: Peep
Hello Peep, We currently do not offer a longer extension wand. We're unsure as to which extension you're referring. We cannot advise on third party products. However, the extension wand would have to have a 1/4" quick connect to be able to be adapted to our existing wands.

I have an older model with what appears to be, as you call it a "hook hose". Please provide additional information on this style of adapter and where it can be found. I have checked the third party sites referenced elsewhere, but cannot find it.

Asked by: GTurn
Hello GTurn, Unfortunately, we no longer manufacture the hose hook designed as the hose hook unit has been discontinued for quite some time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Is there a different hose I can replace the original one with? It kinks terribly.

Asked by: Jladdish
Hello Jladdish, The compatible hose would be 311311635 which is our hyper flex kink resistant hose. Please note it will only be compatible with current units that have the m22 14mm connection. This hose can be ordered through our third party parts site here: https://greenworks.ordertree.com/

How to change high pressure hose

Asked by: Donniet
Hello Donniet, This is a very simple procedure. Simply turn the thread of the hose to the left to loosen it from the unit. Both ends are threaded. If this is not how the hose works on your unit then this may not be the right model number of your unit. Please note we no longer carry the hook hose version of this pressure washer unit.
