Greenworks 60-volt 25-inch dual-blade mower.
My first electric mower left piles of grass behind and did not cut all the blades of grass, even with the grasscatcher! It was not self-propelled and the battery ran out of energy after doing 40% of my 10,000 sq. foot yard. I returned it immediately. That was last year. This year, I tried the Greenworks. It was more expensive, but it was worth it. I got the self-propelled 60-volt 25" dual-blade model with the 2 batteries. The cut was perfect, very clean. It cut every blade and the grasscatcher picked up everything it cut. My backyard looks like a carpet. That is how I like it to look. Best of all, with the 2 batteries, it did the whole 10,000 square ft without running out of charge. I did not use the self-propelled option because I was afraid of running out of charge, but as it turned out, it would have been fine. The second battery kicked in after about 70% of the yard was done. Also my grass was pretty tall, since we had extra rain, which delayed the cut for an extra week! I turned on the self-propelled mode with about 20% of the yard left, and it worked fine, with adjustable speed. AT the highest speed setting it moves! I am ecstatic. This is the best mower I've had.

The size of this mower is a gamechanger and very impressive.
I purchased this as an upgrade to my 6 year old 21" Greenworks that I loved. I hoped the additional width would help reduce my time spent mowing and that has happened beyond my expectations. I work very hard to have a thick lawn and combined with spring rains it made it a requirement to bag the yard with my gas mowers and my 80V Pro. First time out for the season was tall but with the two blades, I decided to try to mulch and just raised the mower to 4 and went for it. It didn't bog down and the yard that has taken 1:30-1:45 to mow in the past was done in less than an hour and the mower didn't even switch to the second battery! Four mowings in with similar results and I am beyond blown away. If you have a larger yard, get the 25" the time you save will be well worth the slightly extra expense. The only suggestion that I would ask of greenworks is that I wish it had been offered in an 80V version of this mower for those of us that went all in on the 80V line. All of my blowers, tiller, snow blower, string trimmer, etc were 80V. I'm glad I didn't let it stop me from buying it.

No hassle, no gas fumes...pull the handle and push a button...that is all it takes! Self-propelled feature is powerful - takes some getting used to, but is much appreciated.

Model 60LM25S is the 25" 60V with Two 5AH batteries. Only used twice so far! Super easy to assemble and operate. Large cut area shortens cut time, sell propelled makes the work a breeze. Reluctant to switch to electric...Now I question why it took me so long to make the switch. Minimal maintenance, no mess no fuss to set up! Time will tell if the mower / batteries hold up - mowing season after mowing season.

Easy to assemble. Good instructions on adjustments and use. Cuts evenly inclu du big when the turbo kicks in. The vacuum tends to leave tree leaves behind. QUIET ! Vertical storage is a huge plus.

So Quiet!

So Quiet!

Hi, Why do I only get about 50 minutes on my two fully charged 4.0Ah batteries? It does not allow me to completely cut the yard which takes about 55 minutes. Thanks, Mike

Thank you for your question. The 50 minutes of runtime is about the average runtime with the two included batteries. Depending on the condition of your lawn and if the self-propelled feature is being used you may require additional charges. Included is our GreenWorks 60v dual slot charger for easy charging so you can get back to mowing in a short period of time.

Thank you for your interest. For all Greenworks mowers, we advise against operating on slopes greater than 15 degrees. This is not a limitation of the unit, but rather to ensure safe operation for the user. An operator should not attempt to mow on a slope until they are very familiar with the equipment; when mowing on a hill always remember to mow across rather than up and down.
