Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad I've had this for 1 year. It's always leaked where the wand attaches to handle. It functions, but I think I'm loosing a lot of pressure because of this leak (more water comes from that joint as out the nozzle).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well I wanted an electric replacement for my old non-Greenworks unit that failed, and I've been pleased with this unitl and with other Greenworks products. The Greenworks compressor shuts off when the spray gun trigger is released and restarts automatically two or three seconds after I résumé spraying, an improvement over my old unit. I would have given another star had a zero-degree spray been included but, the heads are standard and I purchased what I needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Plug not working** I had an issue with the test plug not working after a year or so, it just hummed when I plugged it in, I checked breakers and all that. Simple fix was to go to home improvement store and buy a 115 v regular 2 pronged plug, switched it out and it works good now

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun to use! Who doesn't like washing away dirt and debris? I got this for Christmas and thought it was like getting a water heater for Christmas... . but I was wrong, this little gem is a blast (pun intended) to use. Plenty of power and so convenient. Even my 12 year old son got in the act! I might owe Greenworks a little more if it means I don't have to do the spring clean up chores!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't last at 6 months I got the machine last year for Christmas as soon the weather got warm, I try it and worked great for 6 months after the machined stop working, I ended replacing the cord since you can smell the board inside was burned, I try it again for 2 weeks and the internal part where you connect the pressure hose exploded, I guess you get what you pay for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problems Bought this last year used it 3 times put it up got it back out today to pressure wash deck it would not start. The cord keeps tripping the plug or something Ive pushed the reset button and nothing so your right you get what you pay for. I went online to see if i could troubleshoot it and nothing talked about the problem I'm having with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I bought this unit in 2016. I used it for the THIRD time last week. It would not release any soap. And after two hours of use, it just stopped. Very frustrating because in order to have anything repaired, you'll pay $100. So it's just another throw away product. What a waste of money. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not enough pressure and bad hose connect I've used mine twice now and each time I have trouble connecting the hose to the machine. It leaks awful and the connection device won't turn without using tools. The pressure it produces doesn't seem to clean anything unless I use the turbo and put it an inch from the nozzle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well Love this pressure washer. It works great and has all the power I want or need. Cleaned the garage, the driveway and the sidewalk in no time and zero hassle. I'm gonna test it out on the house and deck tomorrow. For the $'s I don't think you can do better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meets my expectations. My old one (4 years old) worked well for 4 years and I wanted to stay with greenworks. 1800 PSI is all I wanted, as more power (PSI) can be too strong and damage your surface. I use it on a conctete pool deck and Azek deck. Very happy with the unit.

Did not notice that the outlet connector was stripped and attempted to attach the hose, stripping those threads in the process

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of punch in a small package. Bought this unit last year and have used it several times. I pulled it out this year with a little trepidation based on previous reviews. I've now used it four time this year without issue. One of the best things is the portability. We have a deck that doesn't have access except from the house, so I have to carry the unit through the living room; this unit is so light I don't even have to set the wheels down and roll it on the carpet. The 1800 PSI cleans the patio furniture and deck wonderfully. I use it to spray out the garage of all the winter road grime the cars drag in. I clean the siding and the cars with this unit. This winter I stored it in my unheated shop so I did pump some RV antifreeze in it for storage, I've found with all my sprayers and 'water' equipment it's better to store them with antifreeze (RV so it's safe) for the winter to keep the parts and pumps lubricated in storage. As with any pressure washer air in the line can cause issues, so no equipment is immune from troubleshooting, but this unit has caused me little issue and makes most my chores much easier than dragging out the old gas and oil one. I would definitely purchase again should I need another one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great little PW unit. Bought this Green works power washer in 2017 in Gig Harbor area WA. state. used it probly 3 to 4 times cleaning the years of gunk off the back deck, stairs from fir trees, looked like new wood after, moved on to the back sidewalks and two car garage parking front carport and the RV parking concrete throughout with awesome results complete updated look of driveways and access paths around house with 65 douglas firs dropping debris 10 years or more gone in an afternoon . Key Note ..read all the directions and drain all the water tank hoses and PROBLEM FREE you will succeed. . do not understand negative reflecting reviews as this is not my experience at all. low water pressure from water source or poor handling storage of unit is my guess. but none the less my opinion is of one great tool for the price easy moving around adequate hose wand and power cord lengths . still works looks brand new. great design . bought cleaning head adapter as well. I give it 4 star on all categories. 5 star worthy but i never rate at 5 for any review as I am realistic . only if it was free. thank you greenworks for making property sale without problems... realtor loved the cleanse it achieved. profits yes we did.. moved to Ozarks and it still works fine RV is shiny clean. A grade

Soap will not dispense when I'm pressure washing

Mine won’t turn on anymore...not even a year old. The light on the plug comes on but the switch doesn’t turn on. any thoughts?

Asked by: Jcast
Hello Jcast, If the unit has not been purged prior or it was turned off while in resting mode it may still be in resting mode. Purge the unit prior to use: The unit should be off. Connect the garden hose to the pressure washer. Connect the high pressure hose and the spray gun/wand. No nozzle. Turn the water on. Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit for a good 1 - 2 minutes. This will relieve any built-up pressure. While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure washer to on. If the above steps do not help in resolving your issue, please contact support at 1-888-909-6757 or by email to info@greenworkstools.com.

I have a 1800 psi power washer i bought about 1 year ago. the wand is leaking around the spray tip. How do i stop it from leaking?

Asked by: lwm1954
Hello Iwm1954, Over time, the seal inside can wear or crack. They expand and contract based on how hot or cold the weather happens to be or how they were stored. We suggest to disconnect the wand from the gun, remove the o-ring washer, place Vaseline on it then reset the o-ring. See if that helps the issue. If not call our call center for a replace gun and wand 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Do you have to refill the water tank once the 1.1 gpm runs out??

Asked by: Oz1173
Hello Oz1173, The water is supplied through the garden hose. The garden hose should have pressurized water flow of at least 50 P.S.I which is the standard water flow from a household water line. You do not need to refill the water tank as there is no water tank.

I cannot get the soap to go through.

Asked by: lindsey8681
Hello lindsey8681, We're sorry to read about your issue you are experiencing. Please ensure that you have the soap nozzle installed on your wand. If the black nozzle is attached. We recommend cleaning out the soap nozzle. The unit is sensitive to the nozzle and even a small bit of debris caught in the soap nozzle will prevent the unit from releasing soap. Use an unfolded paper clip or similar tool to clear out the hole as you rinse it under water. Make sure the soap/detergent being used is designed for pressure washers and has the correct dilution. If this information has not helped, please contact us at info@greenworkstools.com.
