Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does a great job. So far, I love this pressure washer. It is easier to use than my old one. It holds a lot of soap and I don't have to turn the soap dispenser on and off like I did with my old one. The motor seems pretty powerful. I did my entire driveway and walkway and they look like new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Much Better Than a Gas Pressure Washer Performs as advertised. My patio and brick retaining wall are free of grim and moss. Much quieter than I expected. And it’s so nice not having to fool with gas and oil...just plug it in, connect the hose, and start pressure washing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded expectations This is my first power washer acquisition and was comparing gas to electric models with similar PSI's. I've used/rented gas pressure washers in the past and know they can do the job, but was skeptical an electric model could match performance. I was pleasantly surprised! First, the easy set-up out of the box is a perfect example of how you engineer a product. Nothing complicated here. Second, the performance is all that is advertised. I power washed a 25' x 35' stamped concrete patio and was impressed with the results. There were no areas that required a second pass. The machine simply did its job to perfection. I would highly recommend the Greenworks Pro 2700 to a novice or professional. It is a great value for the performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best electric pressure washer I was surprised at the pressure and ease of changing spray tips. Setup was also easy. First use was for 90 minutes and it worked flawlessly the entire time. Only con would be that it doesn't automatically shut off when the trigger is released. The spray stops but not the motor like my old electric pressure washer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not your everyday electric pressure washer I just purchased 2700 and it arrived middle of last week. Assembled it Friday night in about 20 min. Hooked it up Saturday morning with power and water and tried it on my Ford truck lol An absolutely awesome electric pressure ! A no bull s—t washer! Soap nozzle works great. I was able to go around truck 3-4 times with low pressure soap application. Switched to the 25 deg nozzle to start spraying and it automatically stops dispensing soap! And there’s still soap mixture left in tank! The 25 will knock the skim right off your vehicle. I had a cheap washer; so did our daughter. They both quit last week! So far, so good with this one. I high recommend the 2700. And motor runs all the time. Not just when you pull the trigger. It’s more of a commercial type. You get what you pay for....

My 2700 power washer won’t stay on. Goes on and immediately shuts off.

Asked by: RobSt
Hello RobSt, This is a common issue caused by not purging the air from the unit, dirty or faulty nozzles. Please try out the below troubleshooting! 1) To clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. 3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. 4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 or submit an email to info@greenworkstools.com.

My 2700 power will cut off (power button is still lit) when using a 15 deg tip, sometimes with 40 deg but never happens with the turbo nozzle, why? Unit is directly plugged in. Water hose not kinked.

Asked by: Redenmrc
Hello Redenmrc, This could indicate either a fault in the nozzle or that there is some debris built up in the nozzle affecting its performance. Start by cleaning the nozzles and trying them again. To clean the nozzles, soak them in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Be sure to purge the air from your pressure washer before and after use as well to avoid malfunction! Does the soap dispenser feed before or after the pump? Thanks

Asked by: TonyFL
Hello TonyFL, The soap is pulled prior to entering the pump. For this reason, we do not recommend using household detergents, acids, alkalines, bleaches, solvents, flammable material, or industry-grade solutions, which can do damage to the pump. Use a designated pressure washer soap free of the above chemicals for best results!
