Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Expectations About a month ago we received our Power washer from green works. The first time I used it I started seeing less dirt and grime on our siding. I could no longer see the rust stains on our concrete driveway. I was worried about getting it assembled but it was easy to do and within forty-five minutes it was together and being used. It was a great value that I have now loaned to two of my adult children for projects at their home. Thank you Green Works!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Barefoot Now on My Walkways I own several Greenworks yard tools. This is my latest purchase. Why did I wait 20 plus years to upgrade? This unit outperformed my expectations and cleaned my exposed aggregate walkways, patio, driveway, and this time I did the city sidewalk (it is also exposed aggregate) in front of my home. The city sidewalks was not cleaned in probably 10-20 years (half inch of gunk embedded into it). Show stopper, since my street is used by walkers, runners etc. I now go barefoot on the walkways around my home, so CLEAN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, powerful, great customer service I’m loving this easy to use yet powerful pressure washer! It’s done a great job cleaning a big deck that hasn’t been cleaned in years. Also, our first one arrived damaged from shipping and Greenworks was prompt and helpful in getting us a replacement-thumbs up on all fronts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pressure washer 5 stars all day I purchased this in the spring, I have used it several times and find it extremely easy to setup and operate. Like the fact that it holds pressure when the trigger is released, so no lag time when you are ready to pressure wash again, the instructions we very good and I had it operational within 15 minutes, very easy setup. This pressure washer replaced a gas powered one, best choice I have made. I didn't need a 5,000 psi washer for my needs. Very reliable and very user friendly. Used frequently without any issue's Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Investment! My new Greenworks 2700 will be replacing my old gas powered pressure washer. The Greenworks 2700 get the job done as well as the old gas one and is much easier to set up, runs much quieter, but most of all it did a great job cleaning my deck, sidewalk and car.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great constant pressure Works better than expected. The pressure didn't drop at all like other electric pressure washers. 2700 psi was enough pressure to clean the algae off my sidings and stone patio. I only used the green nozzle. My patio looks new again with the natural stone colors shinning through. This pressure washer costed me less than what I had to pay for someone else to clean the sidings and patio one time. Greenworks could do better with the pressure hose and wand supports. The pressure hose won't stay one the rail support due to the anti-kink stiffness of the hose. The wand also won't stay on the rail support. It doesn't clamp well. I got a couple of velcro straps around the hand rail and they held better. Please redesign. The straps will cost you less than the two plastic supports.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Consumer Reports Top Rated Pressure Washer This was a big step up from my cheap ALDI electric pressure washer. I needed something more powerful to use a surface cleaner. I bought it because it was the top rated electric pressure washer in Consumer Reports. Do yourself a favor and buy a set of quick connects with your purchase.

Asked by: Fubear

My new Pro 2700 - PSI Brushless 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure - I used it for one hour and turned off when the nuzzle got really closed to the ground. The power is on but the motor is not running. Any thoughts or troubleshooting need to be done to fix it.

Asked by: Boyet
Hello Boyet, Please try purging the air from the pump. To complete this task, set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. If this issue persists, we ask that you please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 or via email at info@greenworkstools.com and use the subject line "Help Request - Reviewer Response".

My washer starts up and immediately shuts when I start spraying. It will do the same thing over again if I let it sit with the power off for a few minutes. Can't get anything done.

Asked by: Wads
Hello Wads, Believe it or not, this could have to do with a faulty nozzle or excess air trapped in the pump. Please try out the troubleshooting exactly as listed below and let me know your outcome! Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. TRY ALL NOZZLES (a faulty/dirty nozzle may cause this reaction). For further troubleshooting and assistance, we kindly request that you contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 or by sending an email to info@greenworkstools.com.

Is this powerful enough to clean vinyl siding on a house?

Asked by: TheMom
Hello TheMom, Yes, this item will work very well for vinyl siding or house washing projects. If you have wood frames that are painted, you may run the risk of removing any potential loose paint so please use caution unless you are planning to repaint and reseal. Apply soap in advance and then rinse thoroughly. Good luck with your projects!

Soap not dispensing in 2700 Pro. How to fix??

Asked by: Twoberry
Hello Twoberry, We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the onboard soap tank! Please ensure that you have the black soap nozzle installed. If you have the black soap nozzle installed, and soap still is not coming out. Please try out the following troubleshooting suggestions: 1) Dilute your detergent. Ensure that you are using a designated pressure washer soap and that it has been diluted as per the instructions on the product. If the product does not mention dilution, its possible that the soap is simply too thick for this product. In that case, we recommend diluting it 10 parts water to 1-part soap. 2) Ensure that the filter at the end of the suction tube is not clogged, if it is, run some warm water through the filter to clear the blockage. 3) Ensure the suction tube is probably connected. 4) The spray tip could be clogged. Blow out or remove debris with your nozzle cleaning tool or a fine needle. Occasionally we suggest cleaning all nozzles by soaking all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. If you are still experiencing issues, kindly send us an email through the customer contact page located on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 for further assistance with this matter.

Would somebody bothered to reply to 2 weeks old tickets? Impossible to reach out to or get reply from customer service.

Asked by: fcabr
Hello fcabr, We do apologize for the existing wait times. With the spring season here, so is our busiest time of year. Our team is doing our best to operate under existing guidelines as well. We know your time is valuable and our team is working diligently to be in contact with each waiting customer as quickly as we can be while giving each person the attention they deserve. Unfortunately, we understand this is not ideal, but we want to be clear that this is not a normal experience for Greenworks.

My unloader valve is broken. No water flows through with it on. What is the part number of the unloader valve and where I can get a replacement? The unit is still under warranty.

Asked by: WadeB
Note to Greenworks support -- YOU DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION! I do not appreciate a generic boilerplate answer. The unloader valve was bad. I needed a replacement. I didn't need a generic checklist. I found the appropriate valve on Amazon. You just to find one that looks like the one removed from the machine, is 3 inches long and has a 16mm inside brass ring. This is an example. https://www.amazon.com/Himore-Unloader-Pressure-309515003-308418003/dp/B073BWWTFC After I replaced my valve, the machine worked again.
