What is the difference between the 100W 3-in-1 charger and the single-port 100W charger?
We offer two USB-C charging options:

Can I charge my new 24V batteries using USB-C?

Does USB-C charging affect battery life or capacity?
No. The bi-directional USB-C charging system is designed to provide no capacity loss, ensuring long-term performance and safe, efficient charging.
What is the maximum charging speed for the new chargers?
USB-C ports: Up to 100W per port
USB-A port: Up to 25W

Can I use the USB-C chargers with other Greenworks batteries?
USB-C charging is only supported on new Greenworks 24V batteries with a USB-C port.
All other batteries must be charged using their standard slide-in chargers.
Is it safe to leave the battery connected to the USB-C charger after it is fully charged?
Our chargers include auto shut-off protection. However, for best performance and safety, we recommend:
Unplugging the charger when not in use
Disconnecting the battery once it is fully charged
This allows the charger to reset properly and helps avoid false-fault indications.
