By submitting a request for battery replacement ("Service"), you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Eligibility & Requirements

The Service is available only for eligible Greenworks products within the specified warranty period.

You must provide valid proof of purchase and product details (e.g., serial number) to qualify. 

Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided (including product condition, usage history, and contact details) is truthful and complete.

False or misleading information may result in claim denial or termination of warranty coverage.

Service Limitations

This Service covers only defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not include: a) damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications; and b) wear and tear, capacity degradation, or improper charging practices.

Greenworks reserves the right to inspect the battery before approving replacement. 

Liability & Disclaimers

Greenworks’ sole obligation is limited to battery replacement or repair at its discretion.

Greenworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Process & Modifications

Claims must be submitted through official Greenworks channels.

Greenworks may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
