Both Refurbished and Open Box items are offered at a discounted rate and are therefore considered final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

How do I know if I’m buying a Refurbished Product or Open Box product?

The product title will denote whether the product is Refurbished or Open Box. If you are still unsure, please refer to the product’s SKU Identifier. Products with a SKU Identifier ending in “-RC” are Refurbished, while products with a SKU Identifier ending in “-OB” are Open Box.

What is the warranty for Recharged products?

If your Refurbished or Open Box product is determined as defective upon arrival, Greenworkstools.com will honor warranty claims for a period of 90 days.
