Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

No, you must be enrolled in the loyalty program at the time of purchase in order to earn points for that order.

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Come one, come all! The only exception is people living in your household or using the same IP address.

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

If you earned points on an order and then return or cancel the order, the original points earned will be deducted from your balance.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. In the case of purchase activity, it will take 7 days for the points to be approved and reflected on your account.

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

If a gift card is used for a purchase and the order is returned, we will issue a new gift card for the amount that was redeemed.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Points will start to expire 24 months from when our program began on September 19, 2023. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not made a purchase for 24 months or more.

Points reset after 24 months from the last purchase, so if you do not purchase anything during 24 months, you will lose the perks and tier, being reset to Green Thumb. You would need to accumulate enough purchases again in order to move up the tiers.
