Greenworks reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of a discount.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping offer applies to purchases of $100 or more. A $100 purchase is based on merchandise subtotal. Applicable sales tax will not be included in determining subtotal. No promo code is needed.
Free or discounted shipping offers are not valid for Alaska & Hawaii addresses.
Can I combine promotional codes?
No, promotional codes may not be combined or stacked. Only one promo code is permitted per order and per customer.
Can I use a promo code on a prior purchase?
No, you may not apply a promo code to any previous orders for a refund.
Are any items excluded from promotions?
The below SKUs are inegible for promotional code discounts. Please note that some SKUs may have alphabetical letters attached to them - these are still excluded.

Where do I enter my promo code?
Promo codes may be entered at checkout. Enter the code in the box that says "Discount code" and hit apply.
How do I know if my promo code was accepted?
Once you've applied a valid promo code, you will see a message underneath each qualifying item confirming the code and the amount saved per item.
If your code was expired or invalid, or the items in your cart are ineligible, you will see a message below the discount code box asking for a valid code to be entered.
Why wasn't my promo code accepted?
If you've received the message that your discount code is invalid, double-check the code's spelling and ensure that you have not added any additional characters. Next, verify that the promotion is still active and has not ended. If the code is correct and the promotion is ongoing, it is likely that an item in your cart does not qualify for the promotion. The item may already be discounted or excluded from the current promotion.
