Select your communication preferences, opt out of marketing explicitly and create personalized profiles

You can choose to receive (or not) marketing communications from us by indicating your preferences. The preference selection includes the following possibilities:

• Click "Unsubscribe" in any email communication from us or write to privacy@greenworkstools.com
• The Greenworks Account sections on Greenworkstools.com allow you to choose whether or not you wish to receive marketing communications from us and to subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters relating to our products and services;
• You can visit the Unlist page to manage your marketing preferences or submit a request to be removed from our advertising and marketing lists (catalogs, telephone, fax and email); is
• If a shopping cart is saved while shopping online, the user can choose to receive a reminder by email;

You may email privacy@greenworkstools.com to refuse consent for us to create custom profiles.

Any marketing by us or third parties on our behalf is conducted in accordance with applicable law, including (where applicable) the methods to express your preferences (including the ability to be removed from our advertising lists and marketing above).

Allow up to a maximum of ten (10) business days for preferences sent by email to take effect. Since some promotions are developed in advance, for example direct mail catalogs, the user may receive marketing communications even after sending the request on preferences. Despite the refusal to receive marketing communications, you may still be contacted by us regarding requested transactions and / or support matters.
