Our latest USB-C chargers feature bi-directional, no-capacity-loss charging, allowing you to charge your tools and use select Greenworks batteries to power external devices using the same USB-C connection. This provides fast, efficient power without reducing battery capacity over time.

What is the difference between the 100W 3-in-1 charger and the single-port 100W charger?

We offer two USB-C charging options:
100W 3-in-1 Charger
USB-C 1: Up to 100W
USB-C 2: Up to 100W
USB-A: Up to 25W
Total combined output up to 100W Max Fast Charge
This model is ideal for charging multiple devices at once—phones, laptops, tablets, and Greenworks 24V batteries.

What devices can I charge with the 3-in-1 charger?

Anything that supports USB-C or USB-A fast charging, including:
Greenworks 24V batteries via USB-C
Laptops, tablets, and smartphones
USB-A powered accessories.

Can I charge my new 24V batteries using USB-C?

Yes! Our new 24V battery line supports USB-C charging, allowing you to charge them using.

Does USB-C charging affect battery life or capacity?

No. The bi-directional USB-C charging system is designed to provide no capacity loss, ensuring long-term performance and safe, efficient charging.

What is the maximum charging speed for the new chargers?

USB-C ports: Up to 100W per port
USB-A port: Up to 25W
Combined output: Up to 100W Max Fast Charge on the 3-in-1 charger

Can I use the USB-C chargers with other Greenworks batteries?

USB-C charging is only supported on new Greenworks 24V batteries with a USB-C port.
All other batteries must be charged using their standard slide-in chargers.

Is it safe to leave the battery connected to the USB-C charger after it is fully charged?

Our chargers include auto shut-off protection. However, for best performance and safety, we recommend:
Unplugging the charger when not in use
Disconnecting the battery once it is fully charged
This allows the charger to reset properly and helps avoid false-fault indications.
