Items shipped from Greenworkstools.com, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To access your order, you can use the order number or the email address you used to place the order. To start a return click here.
Returns for Damaged, Defective or Broken Parts
If you have received damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement item or a refund as long as the request is placed within 30 days of receiving your product. Please be sure to take pictures of any damage or defects as you will be asked to upload photos during the refund process.
- Submit the request through the online return portal and upload images of the damaged or incorrect item. Indicate whether you are wanting a refund or a replacement item.
- It will take between 24-48 hours to process the request.
- You will get an email notifying you if the return request has been approved and instructions on the next steps.
- You will receive an email with return shipping instructions and will be provided with a return shipping label.
- Affix the return shipping label provided to the package and return the original item.
- Once we receive the shipment, we will process your refund or ship new product based on your request.

At Greenworks, we are committed to sending out orders in a timely manner and make every attempt to process orders the same day they are placed. Because we process orders so quickly, orders can only be cancelled up to 30 minutes after they have been placed.
Cancelling an order can be done by going to My Account and viewing your Recent Orders. If you are still within the 30 minute cancellation window, you will see an option to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, that option will no longer be visible, and your order is no longer eligible for cancellation. And at that point, you will need to follow the return process to receive a refund. If the package is refused and returned to the Distribution Center, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
