Having trouble connecting your Minibike to the app?
- Ensure that no one else is currently connected to the Minibike.
- Redownload the "smartG" app and follow the Quick Start Guide for connection instructions.
How do I connect my Minibike to the speakers?
- Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Look for a device name starting with GW-xxxxx.
- Note: This Bluetooth connection is separate from the app connection.
The Minibike powered on but won’t move. What should I do?
Someone else is connected to the app, and I can’t disconnect them. What should I do?
If another user has previously paired with the Minibike, reset the unit by following these steps:
- Power on the unit.
- Within 8 seconds of powering on, hold the brake for over 6 seconds to reset the connection.
- Follow the Quick Start Guide or app instructions to reconnect.
Can I adjust the speed beyond the preset Eco and Sport Modes?
No, speed adjustment is limited to the two preset modes:
- E (Economy Mode) – Lower speed setting
- S (Sport Mode) – Higher speed setting
It is recommended to start in low-speed mode (Eco Mode) for safety.
What is the top speed of the Minibike?
The Minibike can run up to 20 miles on a single charge (terrain and rider weight dependent).
Top Speeds:
- Up to 25 MPH at Sport Mode
- Up to 20 MPH at Eco Mode.
It is the only Minibike in the industry with a reverse mode.
