Important Notes: 

Transportation Costs: The cost of transporting or shipping a Greenworks unit to and from an Authorized Service Provider is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered under warranty.

Battery and Charger Requirement: Please bring the battery(ies) and charger(s) used with your Greenworks product when visiting an Authorized Service Provider. These are necessary for diagnostic testing.

Proof of Warranty: Customers must present either proof of purchase or a valid warranty form issued by the Greenworks Customer Service Team upon arrival at an Authorized Service Provider for warranty service.

Non-Serviceable Items: The following items are not eligible for service through Authorized Service Providers:
