It was a gray I bought August 9, 2018. I must say excellent work.
I bought this item two (2) years ago and I am so happy that i did , because my lawn look so gorgeous, somewhere to sit and have fun, especially during this holiday season

Extra long lasting
I only use a little string at a time so this 240ft replacement string will last me a long time! Super strong too so it lasts even longer!

String great - tool died!
Really appreciate the quality and pricing of the string. Unfortunately, very disappointed with the tool as it wore out very quickly. Too much plastic, i.e. gear assembly got loose and simply self-destructed. Somewhat expensive purchase given it lasted only 1 year! Rating below refers to tool, not string....

I have a 60v greenworks trimmer, model ST60L254 and would like to purchase a replacement spool. Where can I get this as I don't see a pre-wound one on your website?

This unit has been designed to accept both sizes ~ 0.095" or 0.080" (2.4 mm / 2.0 mm). The unit has a quick-load trimmer head. You can use any generic .080 inches in diameter trimmer line. They're sold at your online and your local home hardware and garden supply stores.

How do you rewind the string so it doesn’t tangle?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble rewinding the trimmer line. If this trimmer line has become undone and tangled, we suggest untangling it and then slowly wrapping it around on an object such as a pop can or something similar in diameter, this makes it easier to rewind and prevents it from tangling.
