Rated 5 out of 5 by from Early impressions are good I went from a rider that died to using the wired push mower that the tractor couldn't do. Untangling the 200 foot extension cord took almost as long as cutting and the mower was heavy and hard to go on slopes. But the Greenworks 25 solves both issues...No cords..I turn it on an Im working. This means I can go out and do a zone fast. I can reach the sidewalk grass all the way to my neighbors line which is far. I use the self propel only when I need a boost on slopes to save on batteries. The wider cut means less walking. The battery allowed me to do the whole yard and sidewalk grass and Im still with one bar on the battery. My concerns is I hope the plastic paddles to mow and engage self propel hold up. It doesn't look like an assembly that can easily be replaced. The warranty is good but I keep my mowers for a decade or more. At this point I cant evaluate the batteries until I get 20 or 30 cycles on them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greenworks is Great Very Happy with this Lawn mower. I have a hilly yard and this machine works very well. The adjustement is even. The self propelled wheel are speed adjustable. Great machine so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, quiet performance plus wide cut The light weight almost makes its self-propulsion unnecessary. Battery life has been good enough to last about four cuts for my modest lawn. Bagging performs very well, mulching - if the grass is not let go for too long - is also quite good. Noise is shockingly low compared to the gas mower I gave away. While that one always started on the first or second pull, it's delightful to have an instant-on mower. It's two-position handle also makes operation much more pleasant (in the upper position) for my 6' height.

I have the previous version (one without turbo button) of this mower and it only came with standard blades. I would like to know if you sell the high lift blades and would it fit in the previous model. If so, how can I order it?

Is there a quicker way to ask a question about your product? I called and was put in line, after 45 min of listening to irritating jazz music I had to hangup.

Asked by: Reocn1
Hello Recon1, We do apologize for the existing wait times. With the spring season here, so is our busiest season. Our team is doing our best to operate under existing guidelines as well. Please feel welcome to visit our website and send us an email using the customer contact page. You can always ask us questions as well using the Q&A section on our website or Amazon.

Hello, one of the reviews states that spare parts were not available for him to purchase. Is that still the case? What is the current policy if a mower needs repair that is not covered under warranty? Thank you.

Asked by: Paraselenic
Hello Paraselenic, It ultimately depends on which part is needed! We have a limited exploded view of parts found in the owners manual, these are parts that we will aim to have available at all times. Other parts not found in the exploded view are not considered replaceable. If the repair is deemed not covered by warranty, it would be completed at your own cost by one of our authorized repair centers.

Can you buy replacement parts for this mower? Example, wheel, motor, cover, etc? If something breaks, can I order parts for the unit? Someone wrote a review that they cannot get replacement parts, and this is concerning if I’m going to spend $600 for it.

Asked by: Robert48161
Hello Robert48161, Ultimately, it depends on the parts that you need. Here is a link to the replacement parts list: chrome-extension://ieepebpjnkhaiioojkepfniodjmjjihl/data/pdf.js/web/viewer.html?file=https%3A%2F%2Fimages.thdstatic.com%2Fcatalog%2FpdfImages%2F65%2F6516d3f6-ccc6-4c66-8053-a1eca8353863.pdf Please know that this unit is also backed by a 4-year warranty and we will always look into alternate options should there ever be the need!

I've been trying to replace the twin blades that my 25" mower came with to the high lifts blades. I can't figure out how to remove the blades. I have cranked in both directions to the point I thought I would damage the bolts. Any instructions or vids?

Asked by: Directional Challenged
Hello Directional Challenged, Instructions can be found in the owner's manual on page 12. 1. Stop the machine. 2. Make sure that the blades fully stop. 3. Remove the safety key and battery pack. 4. Turn the machine to its side. 5. Use a piece of wood to prevent the movement of the blade. 6. Remove blades with a wrench or a socket: Turn nut to the right to remove blade A, spacer and positioner, Turn nut to the left to remove blade B, spacer and positioner. 7. Install the new blade. Position the blade with the cutting edges toward the ground. Make sure the two posts on positioner engage the holes on the blades. 8. Assemble the positioners and spacers as shown. Should you require additional assistance please contact us at 1-888-909-6757.

Assuming that when the mower exhausts the 1st battery and switches to the 2nd, the 1st battery be removed for charging while work continues? Also, can 2.0 Ah and 5.0 aH batteries be used together, considering the Tool Only mower...

Asked by: Coyote50
Hello Coyote50, Yes, you may remove the first battery after it depletes and start charging it. You may use any combination of 60V battery models, despite the Ah rating. The higher the ampere-our (Ah) battery rating is on the battery, the more run time that battery will provide.
